Has Trump run out of things to do at home especially when Covid-19 is raging like hell with huge mortality rate. Also when he is engaged in a huge trade dispute with China which could result in a war. Mr. President, mind your own business. You made a similar offer two years back to mediate between India and Pakistan. Nobody took that offer of yours. Was that not enough rebuff to you that you tried and enter into India - China dispute which had been around when Chinese after beating the hell out of Americans in Korea decided to use that victory to intimidate lesser powerful neighbours? 

First solve your own problems with China, then make Taiwan independent, then get Japan independent and let it stand on its own feet without being an American protectorate, force a resolution of South China Sea dispute which Chinese have captured. If you have done that then India will talk to you or learn from you as to how to deal with China.

 The West Asian QUAD and China  It is comprised of four countries: the United States, India, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. The name West Asian QUAD is poorly chosen. In fact, this is an International Forum on Economic Cooperation also known as I2U2. It has American blessings, but no formal declaration. Israel capitalized on the warming of relations with some Arab countries and with American blessings invited India, the great power of the region, to participate also.
