Migrants Workers in India returning home after Covid scare

 Covid Scare in India.

Migrants are migrants. They jump from job to job. If grain is to be harvested here, they are here and move to another when they finish the job. Same is true for construction workers either here or in Briton, they jump from job to job as one construction job is completed. Hence the Reuter and its reporters need to explain why migrant workers are their focus. Yes during the Corona lockdown, they are the one who had to be housed and fed as all activities and their income had stopped. That was done very efficiently over a period of last three weeks. Rumour mongering resulted in them taking to the road to reach home. That was a fallacy. They could take virus to their home villages, hence that migration had to be stopped and people on the move had to be housed right where they were and fed. That was done much more efficiently than the British and other Western media told their own public. Unfortunately they forgot to look at their failed health system in Europe and US which allowed the virus to spread fast and killed thousands upon thousands. What a pity....... the Reuter should be worried more on themselves where people are dying everyday than telling the public that migrant workers in India are falling in between the cracks...... shame on you guys. ..... I am a Canadian, temporarily in India and witnessed how efficiently the spread of virus was arrested, although the western reporters and virologists had given a bad forecast of spread of virus and death in India. It is not happening in India, but it is happening in Europe and US. Think before you publish...
